Sledding at Kinns Rd Park Sunday 2/22 12-1pm
Fun sledding for kids and adults! Made new friends and some youth learned how to snowboard!
Gathering at Church with Food and Fun – Saturday 2/7 @ 5pm
Pre Super Bowl fun and food! Birthday and anniversary cards were made, kids learned about addressing envelopes and some Scattergory fun!
Saturday January 31st – Connect 518 Event @ FUMCV (68 Maple Ave Voorheesville NY) 6-8pm Combined Middle School and High School event
Our group connected with Youth Groups from all over the area at Voorheesville. Lots of food, fun and games!
Wednesday December 24th 3:30pm-4:30pm Setup Luminaria Around Church
Lots of fun setting up the Luminaria to show the Light of Christ! The Church looked beautiful for both evening services! Thank you to all the helpers!
Sunday December 21st 11am – 1pm Selling Luminaria / Holiday PARTY!!!!
Lots of fun selling along the roadside, bringing in several sales! Some gingerbread house decorating, PIZZA, and a Snowman wrapping contest where we awarded every group in some positive way. All capped off with some Sardines!!!

We made some slick looking signs that were twirled as Main Street traffic passed by. Lots of fellowship and support for one another. Delicious beef barley / chicken noodle soup for warmth!

So much organized chaos as we packed so many boxes and bags with Luminaria supplies! Post activity pizza was also enjoyed.
Sunday November23rd 5:00pm-6:30pm Gathering With Dinner Everyone represented God’s Love during our well attended gathering and Pizza dinner. Went to the Youth room and it’s comfy seating for a good discussion on thankfulness and finding the positive even in a bad situation. We also planted our Gratitude Garden!
Sunday November 2nd Noon-2:00pm Laser Tag At SpareTime Lots of friendly competition between Red and Blue. Great fellowship and teamwork by the winning team of our 3 competitions. Time in between to visit the arcade for retro classics and new favorites, also requiring teamwork for success!
Saturday October 25th 3:45pm-8:30pm Serve Turkey Supper Everyone represented God very well as we served our community over 200 sit down dinners over three seatings. We received many favorable comments on how amazingly our youth served.
Sunday October 5th 5:00pm-6:30pm Gathering With Dinner Fun, Fellowship, and Food at our first Gathering of the new season as we got to know God and each other better.
Sunday September 28th Noon-5:30pm Jiminy Peak Alpine Slide New Season Kickoff What a beautiful day on the mountain as we welcomed our 6th Graders to the group. A few skin burns, but all had fun and enjoyed our ice cream stop on the way back to church.

Saturday May 17th 3:00pm-10:00pm Coffee House (Setup, Event, Cleanup) Another amazing relaxing evening in our transformed Fellowship Hall! Thanks to all that promoted this event, performed, helped setup and breakdown, served, loaned card tables, baked desserts, facilitated the drinks, put together the slide show, and enjoyed great fellowship with us!
Thursday – Sunday May 8th-11th Plant Sale Thanks to all the people that helped made this a success again this year (setup, pickup, sale, extended sale) and Sokolowski’s Greenhouse for supplying quality plants at wholesale prices.
Sunday May 4th 5:00pm-7:30pm Movie Night At PJ’s House Good Food including Popcorn. Watched and discussed the movie Wonder. “When given the choice between being right or being kind, choose kind”.
Sunday April 27th 5:00pm–7:00pm Outdoor Gathering & Games Fun, Food, and Fellowship. What does Easter mean to me? Weather cooperated enough to have a wild kickball game.
Tuesday, April 15 5:45pm-8:30pm Regional Food Bank Sorting We got to sort frozen foods, tour the facility, and stop for a quick ice cream after serving.

A Fun evening of food, fun, and fellowship. We played various games around discussing how God Is Love and anyone that does not know this does not know God.

Saturday February 1st 8:10am-10:30pm Camp Pinnacle Retreat What an amazing day indoors sharing God’s voice about our theme “Love Bigger” and outdoors on the majestic snow tubing hill. We all grew closer to God and to each other. Praise God!

Friday January 10th 6:00pm-7:30pm Chili Cookoff Fun evening helping the 4th&5th Graders serve at our congregation and community.
Sunday January 5th 5:00pm-7:00pm Winter Beach Party Fun time in our playing out this theme in our transformed Fellowship Hall. We feasted on summer foods, listened to summer music, discussed how God was like summer, and played summer themed games, and enjoyed ice cream to cap off the party. As usual our Beach Volleyball with a Beach Ball was a big hit.
Tuesday December 24th 4:30pm-5:15pm Luminaria Lighting At Church What a joy we experienced lighting about 400 luminaria around our church, in front of the firehouse, and at Vic Temple’s house on a beautiful calm Christmas Eve. Let us be the light that overcomes the darkness!

Sunday September 15th 12:00pm-5:30pm Jiminy Peak Adventure Park/Alpine Slide We were blessed with a beautiful day on the mountain kicking off our new season together, welcoming 7 new 6th graders to MYF, practicing God’s Love, and stopping for ice cream on the way home.
